Q: What happens if a machine comes to me damaged or not working?
A: If there is obvious damage to the carton do not accept equipment from shipper. Call 1.800.966.9873 ext 203 immediately and let us know it was refused and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. If it arrives not working call our customer service number at 1.800.966.9873 ext. 203 and one of our service technicians will be glad to assist you. If you need someone to come to your location we will assist in finding that person for you. Most instances something came loose in shipping and is a quick fix. We will reimburse you up to $125 for a tech to come out and get machine working if received not working.
Q: If I am looking to buy multiple machines from you do I get any discounts?
A: Yes we will give you the best discount we can. It really depends on the item and the supply and demand for that item. Q: What other charges are there besides the equipment cost?
A: There are shipping charges that average $350 per machine delivered in the U.S. depending on location and size. This price will drop dramatically the more machines you ship at one time. If you want machine delivered inside, up or down a flight of stairs there are extra charges for that also.
Q: Do you offer any lay-a-way or financing?
A: We offer in-house financing with 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days and 1/3 balance in 60 days. We will ship item when paid in full. We also offer financing with no money down, 1st payment in 90 days, W.A.C. through Wells-Fargo Financial.

Q: Do I have to put coins in my machine to make it work?
A: No. If you are buying a coin-operated machine we can put it on free play for you or put a credit button on the coin door. You will get a key to the coin door also. Coin-op machines can be set on free play or coin operated.
Q: What if I don't see an item I am looking for on your catalog?
A: Call or e-mail us with your requests and we will do our best in locating it for you. With over 25 years in the coin op business and the extensive recourses we have worldwide there is nothing we can't find.
Q: What if I want to trade a machine in on something different?
A: We love to take trade ins.Within first (2) years we will give you 50% of your original cost towards a trade. Of course it's a little easier to do with our local customers. If you are out of state you would have the expense of packing and shipping your trade in back to us. You may wish to just sell the machine back to us. We will give you a fair market price for it.
Q: What kind of warranty do I get with my purchase?
A: Our NEW Items come with manufactures warranties. One (1) year all parts. This means ANY parts that go bad within the first 90 days are covered. You would need to send us the defective part for repair or replacement. New equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Depending on manufacture and/or part warranty period is 90 days to 5 years. Q: What condition should I expect the used machines to be in?
A: We can assure you, you'll be very happy with your purchase. All our used machines are refurbished to the best possible condition they can be in. They are cleaned and vacuumed inside and out and cabinets are touched up, etc. Also our pinball machines are completely shopped with new rubbers, bulbs, etc. Our video games have rejuvenated monitors. Everything is always tested and working 100% before it leaves our building!.
Q: How will my machines arrive?
A: We ship by common carrier truck line. All machines are packed very well with cardboard and shrink-wrapped and metal banded to a pallet. Machines will be taken off truck with lift gate and taken to your door. Someone will need to be there to accept, inspect and sign for the merchandise. We cover most of Florida ourselves, we deliver in our own trucks and set-up for you. There is an exception on pinball machines. We ship refurbished pinball machines via NAVL, they are delicately hand carried on and off trucks and installed in your location set-up and ready to play. New pinball's we can ship this way too, if you want them delivered out of the box.
Q: How will I know when to expect the shipment so someone is there to accept them?
A: When machines leave our facility or from manufacture you will be contacted either by phone or e-mail and be given the shipping information along with shippers name, phone number and tracking number. You then contact them to see when it will arrive and arrange any particular time or day with them.
Q: What if my equipment needs to be delivered inside, downstairs or upstairs?
A: Carriers drop equipment off at your door. If special arrangements are to be made, there is an additional charge depending on the carrier and service requested. Q: Do you offer delivery and set-up?
A: We will deliver and set-up with our own trucks and our staff, usually in most areas in the State of Florida. If we have a truck load full we will also deliver and set-up in other States as well. Call and we will be glad to quote you on this service.Otherwise we ship by common carrier trucking companies and they do not do inside delivery and setup. There is one company that will NAVL which adds about $200/machine. When shipping pinball machines we only ship via NAVL and machines are set up and ready to play.
